Adda Central — Community Guidelines
DRAFT — prepared for review by Skycast Media Network Private Limited's counsel. Not legal advice.
Last updated: [DATE]
Adda Central is a place to play Ludo, Carrom, cricket, Tambola and more with friends and family. These guidelines keep it fun and fair for everyone. They are part of our Terms of Service.
The short version
Play fair. Be kind. Keep it clean. Keep it real.
1. Play fair
- No cheating tools, scripts, auto-clickers or modified apps.
- No farming: no colluding to pass wins or rewards to each other, no deliberately losing, and no extra accounts or devices to collect Coins, referral bonuses, streaks or tournament places.
- Found a bug? Report it (Profile > Help). Don't exploit it.
- Don't quit matches on purpose to spoil other players' games.
Remember: every roll and shuffle is fixed in advance and can be checked in "verify this match". Computer players always carry an "AI" label.
2. Be kind
- No harassment, bullying, threats or hate — including through emotes or quick-chat used to target someone.
- Don't spam emotes. (The app limits them anyway.)
- Respect players of every state, language, religion, caste, gender and age.
You can always mute a player, block them, or report them from any room.
3. Keep it clean
Your display name must not:
- be offensive, hateful, sexual or violent;
- impersonate another player, a celebrity, Adda Central staff or anyone else;
- include phone numbers, links, social media handles or other contact details;
- use a real brand, team or league name you don't own;
- promote betting, gambling or real-money apps.
We screen names automatically in all supported languages, and we may change a name that breaks these rules.
4. Keep it real
- One person, one account for rewards.
- Don't buy, sell or trade accounts, Gems, Coins or items — they have no cash value and trading them is not allowed.
- Don't offer or advertise real-money games, prizes or "win cash" schemes.
- Give your true age at the age gate. Adda Central is for players aged 13 and over.
5. What happens if you break the rules
We look at our server records and reports before acting. What we do depends on how serious the breach is and whether it has happened before:
| Step | What it means | Typical examples |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Warning | A notice in the app | First minor issue, such as a borderline name |
| 2. Name reset | Your display name is replaced and you choose a new one | Offensive or misleading name |
| 3. Reward removal | Coins, ranks, tournament places or items gained unfairly are removed | Farming, exploiting a bug |
| 4. Temporary restriction | Matchmaking, tournaments or emotes switched off for 1 to 7 days [PLACEHOLDER: confirm durations] | Repeated quitting, emote harassment |
| 5. Suspension | Account locked for up to 30 days [PLACEHOLDER: confirm] | Repeat breaches after a restriction |
| 6. Permanent ban | Account and devices banned; virtual items, including purchased ones, are lost | Cheating tools, modified apps, account selling, threats, serious or repeated breaches |
We may skip steps for serious breaches. Rewards gained unfairly are always removed.
6. Think we got it wrong?
You can appeal any action through our Grievance Redressal Policy (Profile > Help > Raise a grievance, or [email protected]). If we were wrong, we will undo the action and restore what you lost.
